Florida charges a $125 state filing fee for your Articles of Organization. Our Basic plan is $164.99 total — $39.99 service fee plus the $125 state fee. Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 605.0113) requires every LLC to maintain a registered agent — a person or business with a physical Florida address available Mon–Fri to receive legal documents. We serve as your agent so your home address stays off the public record at the Division of Corporations.
Florida LLCs must file an Annual Report with the Division of Corporations by May 1 each year. The state fee is $138.75. File late and the state adds a $400 penalty; an LLC still unfiled by the fourth Friday of September is administratively dissolved. We send you a reminder every January, when filing opens.
