What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to form and maintain your LLC: your name, email address, phone number, business address, and the details of your filing (such as your desired LLC name and member or manager information). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and submit your state filings, provide registered agent service, send you order updates and compliance reminders (like the May 1 annual report deadline), and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service — for example, submitting your filing to the Florida Division of Corporations, processing payment through Stripe, or providing your registered agent of record.
Public records
Information included in state filings — such as your LLC name and registered office address — becomes part of Florida's public record maintained by the Florida Division of Corporations. Plans that include our registered agent service let you list our address instead of your home address where the state allows.
We send transactional email about your order and annual compliance reminders. You can opt out of reminders at any time by replying to any email or writing [email protected].
Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide ongoing services (like registered agent and annual reminders) and to meet legal requirements. Access to your information is limited to those who need it to deliver the service.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain, by emailing [email protected].
